Description
Aiken Electric Cooperative, Inc. currently has 1 Part Time opening for Member Service Representative. This position will work as the Receptionist in our Aiken Location.
Duties:
Greet member-consumers entering the lobby and assist in directing them to the appropriate area of member services.
Answer all incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate individual and/or department.
Create, update, and maintain various reports for member services as required.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred candidate will have experience as a receptionist, answering multi-line phone, customer service, Word, Excel, and other related experience.
Normal work days will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, actual days and hours worked to be determined.
